About This Exhibition
"In this work I have been looking at ways to express the theme of love and the pleasures and transience of life. By combining images and references to music and letters I hope to communicate the sense of desire, of union and vulnerability in our relationships. At its best, love takes us into something spiritual, something greater than the self. As always, I have painted the bowl as a symbol of life."
