Stewart Westle
Birth Place: Adelaide, South Australia
Year of Birth: 1952

Background:
As a landscape painter Westle says “My aim as a landscape painter is to express what being in the bush means to me. I hope to paint the joy, excitement and wonderment of the natural
world. Of course it’s great when these emotions are shared with the viewer.”

Themes:
Westle's enthusiasm for the Australian landscape and seascape is evident in the colour,
